What do "Bully Beat Down" and "America's Next Top Model have in common"?

But anyways, a few blog posts ago, it was decided (by democratic vote) that war would be declared on the excess body fat trying to overtake the sovereign and peaceful land widely known as "Kori." (sorry, I'm done with the war analogy) I started last Saturday and I lost a pound over the week but tomorrow is the official, full out start because I finally got everything all planned out. So no excuses now, the deed is done!
Maybe one day, if I work really hard, I can pull off the outfit Tyra is wearing in the picture....
Just kidding, I wouldn't be caught dead...
But seriously, I think if I wore as much makeup and fake hair as Tyra does, I could be as fierce as she is...
I'm just saying...

I haven't seen either of these shows but it looks like they are both about breaking someones confidence and who they are to make them into what someone else wants them to be...? Good job on loosing a pound, every pound counts...even the ones you put back on!
