Oh blog... I don't know what to do with you... I just forget about you all the time. Oh well. But in the spirit of keeping myself entertained I will write a little summary of stuff I've done lately. So here it is...
I went to the Shins concert with Alli, I loved it
so much. James Mercer writes the craziest/awesomest lyrics and their
music is so unique and fun to listen to... I'm a big fan. I just wish
they wouldn't take off like 10 years in between albums, it's so annoying.
Another fun thing that happened is that Saturday I bought a car. It's kind of Grandma-ish but I like it. It only has 50 thousand miles, air conditioning, leather seats, no glue stick melted on the back seat, the antenna doesn't make a weird noise when I turn the car on and off, the cruse control, brakes and windshield fluid sprayer thing works... the list goes on and on. My Mom has brought up quite a few famous British people that she thinks would drive a car like it, the two most notable being James Bond and Princess Dianna. To me, the famous person that I think would drive my car is Julia Childs. Either way, I feel a road trip coming on. I guess I'll show you a picture of it so you can decide for yourself:
Last week I went to my first day of Anatomy class and the lab. The lab portion is really freaking me out with all the cow eyes, lamb brains, and don't even mention the dead bodies (for one thing, you know that room is haunted and another it is disgusting). Let me just illustrate how big of a challenge this lab could be for me with a story: Utah State, 2012. Drawing class. There is an old human rib cage on the table for us to draw. I sit there looking at it and I get thinking about what it's purpose is, you know, all the guts and blood and nastiness it protects. My hands get sweaty, my head starts spinning and I need to leave the room. This happened in an ART class! So yeah, physically the lab will not be easy, it may provide some good stories for the blog though. If I pass out I'll let you know.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that I got my hair cut, it's pretty short now and I really love it! I don't know why I didn't cut it sooner, I'll post a picture later.
So yeah, I think that's all I have to write for now.
Over and out.
