That one time I met the Killers.

I know we've been over this story quite a few times now but I need to write it down for posterity.  So here it is one more time:

Friday night Hayley and I met the Killers (thanks to my Mom who we forced to call the radio station with us to try and win the tickets).  Really the only thing I have to say about it is that Brandon actually is as good looking in real life as you would think.  When Hayley said hi to him and he smiled and said hi back she lost all composure, it was pretty funny.  She clapped her hand over her mouth said "oh my gosh!" and then just backed away.  ha!  I can't blame her though because she's still a teenager after all and that's what they do right?  Kidding, kidding... I would have done the same thing if I hadn't done some serious mental prepping before hand.  But anyway, hopefully I'll have the awkward pictures soon so I can share them with y'all.  It was definitely a good time, my only complaint is that I wish we all could have sat together but oh well... next time.

Also, It was kind of funny last night, me and Hayley went over to the new Trader Joe's and Hayley was wearing her Killers t-shirt, we were only in there for like 30 minutes but three people commented on her shirt.  The one guy at the check out stand asked us if the concert was good and we said yes. Then he asked if Brandon melted all the girls hearts (or something like that) and we said yes and Hayley told him that we got to meet him and they guy said "can I touch you?" and he reached out and touched her arm.  Funny guy.

Ok, one more thing while we're on the Killers topic.  Have you heard their Christmas song that came out today?  It's called "I Feel It In My Bones," and it's a sequel to "Don't Shoot me, Santa" which is probably my all time favorite Christmas song.  Here's a link to their new song and here's the video to Don't Shoot me, Santa:
